    The clock does not stop in this Clemson game.

    Refs have had to tell the time keeper three times in this quarter to put more time back on the clock. The guy has the pedal down.

    Is there a new rule re: 1st down stop clock? In this Coastal Kansas game they aint stopping it on first downs, not even a speed bump, lol.

    I saw the same thing in three games yesterday. Does anyone watch these guys??
