This is not so clear. What I've learned about 5Dimes over the past few years is that there is something curious about their email system. It doesn't work so well with some email providers for some strange reason.
Whenever I am expecting a payout verification email from them, I always follow up with them on chat after a few days to make sure they didn't already send it. And whenever I reply to a verification email of theirs I immediately contact them to confirm that they received it. Ever since I started this practice, I've never had a payout issue with them.
It sucks that you learned this the hard way during this difficult time. I'd recommend you do this for your final payout to make sure you aren't booted to the administrator.
PS: I just received one of my payout verification emails from 5Dimes and replied. Hopefully will get some of my money soon.
