While delivery was ok, Biden gave a horrible speech, there are some subjects he just shouldn't bring up. He called Trump a xenophobe early in the year and thinks he can use the Kung Flu against Trump.
Trump was horrible with Kung Flu, admittedly, but he's still the better option for the country and Biden pretty much proves it. Whether or not any of that last sentence is true doesn't matter, it's the message they are giving the people.
