    Giannis is not an elite basketball player

    Sure he can play defense and rebound as good as anyone, but if you can't shoot or carry a team can you really be called an elite player?

    his "smooth" rating while trying to make moves and drive to the hoop is a 2/10

    he drives into the paint a lot and someone easily pokes the ball from him or he loses the ball himself

    struggling from the stripe

    needs to improve here to be elite... but at least he doesn't flop all day long and lay on the ground and cry

    he competes... his team needs to all move and play fluid all game long even in the late 4th quarter.

    but it seems no teams can play like that anymore

    If the Bucks had a slasher on the roster who could get buckets they'd be a lot more potent and Giannis wouldn't feel the need to force things offensively as much. Middleton is more of a jump shooter, and although Bledsoe can play some defense, he's average (at best) offensively.
