back in the day, i lost a bunch of wagers on nikolay davydenko where he was favored like -400 to -600. i stopped wagering on him because i thought he was fixing matches. i know he was later investigated for it, but i don't remember if anything happened.

after losing a couple wagers in the past on mladenovic, i got the same feeling and i've never bet on her again. point being, she's pulling the same shit right now against gracheva in the open.

mladenovic won the 1st set 6-1. then she was up 5-1 in the 2nd. jumps up 15-0 her serve.. then loses it. still 5-2 lead. goes up 40-0 on gracheva's serve and proceeds to blow 4 match points. 5-3.. then 5-4.. then 5-5. eventually goes to the tiebreaker and mladenovic falls behind 0-5, loses 2-7.

now gracheva is up 3-0 in the 3rd set. plenty of time left, but that shit looks rigged as hell

That match was not rigged, that is Mladenovic for you, the most emotionally unstable player on tour. Also the most unbettable, if you wanna make a profit... can lose to anyone as a huge fav and can beat anyone as a huge underdog as well. Best course of action - never bet on a match with Mladenovic in it.

You will be much more successful, or at the very least more accepting of your losses, if you accept the fact that there is a right play and a wrong play to every game, match, etc. The right play is determined only by the final result, period. If you bet a +300 dog and they're up 1-0 5-1 40-0 and they lose the match, they were the wrong play.

Way to be results oriented. So a big fav that makes a 1000 to 1 comeback was the right play before the game all along. No value on the dog, no siree.

Let's put it this way, if you could bet on a coin flip, heads +150 tails -200, is betting on heads a wrong play just because it fell on tails? Only the long term value matters, not one damn bet. That's how you determine the right play.
