Will "Home Field" Mean Less In 2020 NFL??

I would say yes to a point. With stadiums at 20% capacity, officials will probably be less partial to the fans. Less crowd noise, less fans, less advantage I would think.

Does this mean we should pound the dogs this year

I would think if you can find prop bets on the amount of penalties by the visiting teams might be a sharp bet.Alot less false starts which are the most common one.Over time it may add up.Maybe a higher percentage of field goals made due to less crowd noise and pressure.

Will help the Chargers. They will have more fans with an empty stadium then they had in a packed stadium home game.

Yes is the obvious answer. The question should have been "Who will it effect the least/most"?
I say Seattle will lose the most. No home field edge.
We already have San Diego/LA the least.

Home field advantage will still matter in football even with just 20% crowds on hand.. Nothing like playing in your home town and home stadium. Don't have to travel etc..
