    Will MLB players still get paid a base salary if the season is canceled?

    If so, then the lowest paid players might be trying to contract corona to get the season canceled and collect nearly for a canceled season what they can collect by being out on the field for 2-3 mos

    I don't think players get paid anything outside of regular season work weeks only.

    No postseason (just bonus for winning)
    No spring training
    No suspension

    Just regular season work weeks completed.
