This could be an interesting test in "herd immunity."

The so-called experts claim that there's no evidence that contracting the virus leads to immunity (get in your cage, slaves).

If all the Marlins get it in the next week or two and then no one on that team gets it again, then that says something.

At this rate we can rule out false positives, lol.

It’s clearly running through that club.

They need to get two more positive tests then they are officially covid-19.

MLB is going to have to be more adaptable and fluid here.

Not sure what all leads up to the inability to fly out, but Philly should have just gone to New York as they were supposed to play two games in Philly and then two games at the Yankees tomorrow and Thursday.

They've got to figure out how to not let one teams grounding extend to other games.

Philly with a positive case on the staff, now they can't fly to New York. That's all 4 Philly Yankee games off the board this week.

    They have 60 man rosters.

Why can the healthy guys not play?

    Fair, lol.

But I think it's more about going to New York, however they get there, that's the problem.

It says something relative to the time period. I think it's pretty clear there is immunity for a period of time. But is it 2 months? Or 6 months? Or 2 years? Or forever?

So even if there isn't reinfection in the next few months, that doesn't tell us very much.

The Kung Flu is running through your clubhouse, 19 of 30 guys have it.

You really want to bring you other guys up and watch them test postive too? Then what?

I think that might be the thinking.

Jeter said all 18 Marlins players with COVID have indicated they want to resume playing this season.

Those 18 will be getting in the groove by season’s end. Plus no opponent will want a marlin’s player to breathe on them so the marlins should have a winning record by season’s end even if its only 30 games
