Where does MLS rank in the English Soccer System

Obviously the MLS as a whole is below Premier League in talent and quality of play. Where would you place the MLS, Championship, League 1 or League 2? Are there any MLS teams that could finish a Premiere League season without being regulated?

Watching Serie A today it didn't appear that the quality of play was any better then what I've seen from MLS tournament but I am a soccer novice.

League One. There are some players that obviously can play in Premiership like Almiron but not many teams can afford to buy a player for 15 million from Latin America.

They wouldn't be able to exchange 3 passes and during the water breaks they will be smoking cigarettes.

Maybe the Belarus or Albania league but they wouldn't win any points in the Premier League or La Liga.

Serie a is the third best league in the world behind EPL and la Liga. MAYBE tied for third at worst with the bundesliga.

This is my order for top ten

    EPL
    La Liga
    Serie A
    Bundesliga
    Ligue one France
    Eredivisie Holland
    Brasileirao
    Argentina superliga
    Primeira ligue Portugal
    Ukrainian league

All I know is if you trying to convince someone soccer is worth the watch, the last league you should let them see is mls! The quality is just so bad. Not even so much whether there goals or not but just the caliber and style of play.

I saw a incredibly exciting 4-3 mls match few nights ago but it was still pretty ugly soccer. Some matches it seems All they do is kick it far as they can back and forth hoping someone makes a mistake!! Hardly ever see that in the top euro leagues. Not to mention just the quality of the strikes, mls forwards kick it right at the goalie, euro players put incredible strikes that bend and hit the top corners of the goal where keeper has no chance!!

It's terrible. The lack of skill is hard to watch. I went to a game just before shit got shut down. I couldn't pay attention. I've seen the Liverpool's and Porto's of the world. That's a different planet.

The better teams could maybe survive the championship but most league 1. Norwich City (last in Premier) would destroy these teams.

I think the top MLS team could be a middle of the table team in Championship. Very similar squads, some quality players mixed in but generally just good athletes with perhaps not the sharpest football brains.

I would put Portugal right after France. FC Porto are always very dangerous in champions league. Sporting Lisbon, Braga, Benfica usually are good too

Russia probably level with Ukrainian but I think the Ukrainian league has made leaps and bounds while Russia pretty much stayed stagnant.
