How UNLIKELY are these outsiders in Nascar?

For comparison, are longshots better/worse in Nascar or F1? I think F1 has history of being VERY top-heavy.

Also, in F1, there are only a few chances for the top cars to get messed up. 1st lap and pit stops.

Well if you are thinking +EV, a few of us have been saying he will win races eventually, and it won't take the 300 to 600 races his usual odds imply it will.

I'd guess if you bet Bell & Reddick every race you'll hit a winner before their usual odds imply too.

F1 is harder for longshots. But 4 or 5 of us here on forum hit a 1000/1 fastest lap winner last year. I hit a 50/1 winner last weekend on Perez to be fastest in first practice. Have probably hit 10 or a dozen dogs that size in last 3 years.

When Trevor Bayne won the Daytona 500 at about 500/1 (I think it was) , half the forum had bet him that day expecting he would do well.
