Here’s tips
Go out every four hours so it’s not strenuous
As far as the driveway just take some off the top slowly don’t worry about making it perfect just get it down to about 6 inches 7” you’re fine and finally no extra shoveling just make it wide enough for the car
When you shovel, bend at the knees
and try not to do too much rotational, twisting action to scoop and then dump a heavy shovel
every year 11,000 people go to the hospital with injuries during snow shoveling. almost 1,000 of those are heart attacks
you know if that happens this year, you'll get marked down as a covid death.

In Texas, we rarely get snow, so at least we don't take snow to the head..... we only have to watch out for the usual non-snow items takin' us out on the sidewalk.......I hate snow enjoy. I can't live where it snows as I'd go crazy.
Pay someone else to clean it for you.
