    Most seniors don't want to pay for caller ID or it's not available for their old land line phone so they answer it. My mother in law, we got on line and got her a mail in vote because she can't go stand in line for 8 hrs. We got a mail in ballot so we don't stand in covid infested crowds trying to vote out that POS that's in there now.
