    Really struggling w the driver, like to the point we stopped using it.

    Have gone so far as to nearly place feet together and move ball back in stace just to keep it straight. Only getting 265-285 but not controlling accuracy at all. Not sure what's going on but not happy shooting 2 out of the trees...

    bring your grip in, so that the butt of the grip is only a fists length from your cawk. This will move your club from Flat to upright, will feel awkward at first but it may solve your control issue and probably add distance to your Woods.
    If you practice Swinging with a towel tucked under your right armpit, you can also help that wandering right elbow.
