    You should be able to, you just have to be in Illinois to wager. The state waived the setting up accounts in the casino because of the pandemic.

    Just fyi I read the terms it says in section 9.4 you have 30 days expiration of bonus regardless whether you have activated it.

    So don't deposit now if you know you're not gonna be in Illinois any time soon.
