    Systematic Oppression is Easily Solvable

    It's about institutions, which means it's about schools. Schools actually raise kids. You are a product of your environment. You are shaped by the people you go to school with, and the structure of that school.

    1. Rebuild these horrible schools in terrible neighborhoods. Use federal money. Who gives a shit. The federal government spent billions of dollars on ONE jet. One fighter jet. Laughable.

    2. Pay teachers more fukking money to teach, so they can actually take more pride in their jobs. No great teachers are going to move out to Detroit public schools to teach for 35k per year. Laughable once more.

    Can create huge ripple effect

    1. Next gen of kids won't be fatherless.
    2. Less crime
    3. More job opportunities
    4. New mannerisms
    5. Badass facilities to get ppl back in the building and functioning members of society

    All problems, at their core, are fixed through education.

    You are a product of your enviornment, Freud 101, and that environment is always school.

    Nice work goat. Corporations also need to stop taking advantage of minorities and poor demographic areas.

    The real root of the problem can be solved if we all come together and get our priorities straight.

    Lastly Congress both Federal and State needs to start working for the people and no corporate donors. Supreme court needs to eliminate Citizens United ruling and no government worker should be allowed to accept any kinds of compensation outside of their salary. Just like teachers pay them adequate wages to attract quality people

    Schools = unions = Democrats

    It will never be fixed

    Cops = unions = Democrats

    It will never be fixed

    The only way to fix any of the institutions is to eliminate public sector unions. They were illegal up till 1962. The only way to eliminate the unions is to eliminate the Democrat party.

    It's really that simple. But when 50% of the country votes one way, theres too much money at stake to fix anything. It's job security for Democrats when it's broken.

    Great ideas that won't happen. I agree totally with your undoable premise.
    America is a capitalistic nation, run by money and only money.
    When stock holders are faced with a dividend of 10 cents more, or donating it to a worthy cause they will pick the increase.
    Some of those stock holders may actually need the money to make ends meet. Retirement pension funds for instance.
    Money for me or someone I don't know??

    If school is the primary "environment" that shapes you then the problem has already rooted. The first few years of a human's life, before they even set foot into any public indoctrination facility, are the most important. Too many broken families, with no core values, raising kids with no ambition or life skills, that are ultimately a drain on society. You can't just send them off to school and tell the teachers "here, you fix it."

    A capitalistic society should not be able to influence government.

    The two should be separate

    Public unions aren't subject to capitalism, they are monopolies

    It's why they were unconstitutional until legal and legislative changes by Kennedy and Johnson

    I'm not as smart as you Minnesota
    But teachers and government employees don't generate profit so how do you decide the market pay rate.

    Also those jobs require cooperation without trying to obtain personal gain. If teachers and government workers are competing to see who can get paid the most why would they share their innovative ideas with fellow workers. That would only hurt students and the people the government serves

    Schools don't make kids, kids make schools. if you have a certain element going to a school, no amount of money or good teachers is going to change it.
