Here in FL there is no paperwork on sales between individuals, private sales. At a gun shop your going to have to fill out the standard 4473 form thats used nationwide.

That’s not correct in most states private transactions are legal and require no paperwork. I was in the legal firearms business for over 20 years and most of you have no idea what your talking about. What’s illegal in say New York or other communist states may be perfectly legal in free states.

Why not if it’s not stolen in most states you don’t need paperwork. There is no national gun registration, while some states may make you register them in that state most do not

I think you can buy a "Ghost gun" in some gun magazines. Basically a ghost gun is a home kit gun that isn't officially a gun when you buy it but after following the directions and tooling jigs that come with the kit, you will have a gun that will work.

Bring enough cash in hand and yes you can buy a hot gun on the streets in any major city. Befriend a thug and try not to get jacked though.

The gun could have a body on it and you could catch a case.. Fine line there when buying street guns, don't let the cops catch you with it. Could end up on death row for buying a hot street gun.

You plant it on the thug you shot and he lives he could end up on death row also... Gotta think about all that if you go there.. Street guns sold are usually already used in crimes that's why they are selling them.

Buy a gun from a gun show and use a straw buyer.

A bill of sale when buying/selling is not always a bad idea, if a gun was used in a crime and you have evidence that it happened before/after you owned the gun, it might save you some trouble...that being said, i do not think it should be required

go to Maine, walk into a gun store, pawn shop, whatever and as long as you check out, you will walk right out with a nice new gun and ammo.

No License, registration, permit required and no carry permit

Gun laws are the most important thing to know about a state and basically nobody knows them. What's considered perfectly fine in some states is a felony in others. That's the reason I will never live in a blue communist state. Some of these blue states are so fukked up it's basically not even worth owning a gun there unless you just keep it in the gun safe at the house forever. I like open carry states. What's the point of having a gun if you can't freely and openly travel around with it and use it for more than just home defense last resort?

You can buy guns JJ but you need training to use them. It's not easy to hit the target under pressure.

Not a bad tool for home protection.. Hard to miss the target, the sawed off easier to wield in close quarters.. Buck shot from a 12 gauge is brutal, stops anything in it's tracks. Point and shoot done deal.
