    There has to be something we're missing here. If it really was so easily transmissible, then entire teams would have it, not just 1 or 2 players

    Maybe blood types or some other characteristic affects likelihood of being infected?

    Not sure why it matters. If you are sick you are sick. Most that have it never know, they ride it out like every other year they get sick and recover. Who really cares what virus you had while sick? It all does the same thing. I guess most people want the celebrity status on Facebook and Twitter for testing positive.
