    NCAA Brackets Contest 2020: 100K Betpoints
    Open to ALL,but must be SBR Pro to win Betpoints while non-pros are competing for free one-year SBR Pro memberships. Current non-pros must be SBR Pro by 11:59pm ET Wednesday, March 25th to be eligible to win Betpoints. All it takes is donating $100 to a good cause to receive daily betpoints & unrestricted access to SBR Store and entry into exclusive contests. Pro membership pays for itself.

    Prize-pool (SBR PROS ONLY)
    1st. 25,000 betpoints
    2nd. 17,500 betpoints
    3rd. 15,000 betpoints
    4th. 12,000 betpoints
    5th. 8,000 betpoints
    6th. 5,000 betpoints
    7th. 3,000 betpoints
    8th. 2,800 betpoints
    9th. 2,500 betpoints
    10th. 2,200 betpoints
    11-15th. 900 betpoints
    16-20th. 500 betpoints

    Non-Pros (as of March 25th) that finish in the Top 10 Overall receive free one-year SBR Pro membership


    How to enter
    a. Go to Bracket Site
    b. enter Pool ID 39768| password sbr515
    c. Register yourself. You must make your SBR username your "display name" for the bracket.     Do not register more than once. Save your bracket log-in and password.

    If you registered in previous years and your username is taken, it's no big deal, your display name is what allows us to verify your standing.






    Deadline to enter bracket: *Thursday, March 19th, 12:15 PM ET

    Bracket Scoring

    1st Round: Play-In games (no selections)
    Second Round: 1 point per win
    Third Round: 2 points per win
    Sweet 16: 4 points per win
    Elite 8: 8 points per win
    Final 4: 16 points per win
    Championship: 32 points per win
    Seed bonus points    : Receive points equal to the difference in seed values for underdog wins only.

    *Leaderboard will be ordered by total points won. Tiebreaker will be Championship Game Total Points (required at bracket entry). Closest without going over wins. If still tied, your points won in Final 4 will be used. If still tied, prize will be split and combined equally.



    Fine-print
    1. Must be an SBR Pro member to be Betpoint-eligible & must maintain Pro membership throughout the contest. Betpoint prizes will roll down if a non-pro, or former SBR Pro whose membership lapsed during the contest, finishes in the money, with those in the Top 10 getting one-year SBR Pro memberships. Deadline for becoming SBR Pro is 11:59PM ET on March 25th.
    2. One entry per household.     SBR employees who are located in Costa Rica & their family cannot claim prizes.
    3. Users who enter a random display name & don't reply to their email will be deleted from the contest.
    4. SBR reserves the right to disqualify users at its discretion for violation of forum policy or multiple account entry.

    Fun as always - thanks! Last year I got the Sweet 16 completely correct (once in a lifetime!) but still managed to not finish in the $ by getting the Final Four completely wrong. Aim to rectify that this year - be ahead at the end rather than in the middle!
