Guys, it's was just enough to be intent to distribute. It doesn't mean he actually was. He didn't tell them that lol

It's easy to tell the GOP voters in real life

    Wtf?

Yeah I don't think he was planning on distributing weed in Mexico, just smokes a lot.

    Whoops.

    Browns cannot buy a break.

could be just a large amount that was for him and his "entourage" for a period of time

Bam Morris was arrested with like 50 lbs of weed

Sam Hurd got arrested for trying to buy large amounts. Jamal Lewis as well

    its pretty common.

can take the kid out of hood but not hood out of kid. seems like easy money and a more stable stream of income since the avg NFL player has a short short short relatively cheap shelf life.

I wonder if he had as much as Nate Newton did?

Newton was arrested Dec. 12 in Texas by federal Drug Enforcement Administration agents who had his pickup truck and a car under surveillance after an informant's tip, according to a court affidavit from DEA Special Agent Andrew Joe Pearce. He said arresting officers found about 170 pounds of marijuana in the car and $10,000, but no drugs, in the truck Newton was driving. He and three other suspects were charged with conspiracy to possess and distribute marijuana. Newton was charged with two female suspects in the Louisiana case.

    Fixed.

I could buy a pound of Mary Jane top shelf tomorrow if I really wanted to and legally and for cheap out here in California.

Dispensaries everywhere just go from one to another and max buy what they'll give you top shelf, get a few weed mags and find coupons and deals and where all the dispensaries are located in LA, California. Spend a day driving from one to the next and you'll have a pound weed at the end of the day in your home. Chronic too.

    Same in Colorado..

What was the problem with this clown to do something like this? Seriously? Were the NFL pay checks not enough for him and he had to make a little more profit on the side?

EXCLUSIVE BROWNS LINEMAN GREG ROBINSON BUSTED FOR 157 LBS. OF WEED Facing Up To 20 Yr

Robinson -- who was also with 26-year-old ex-NFL player Quan Bray -- was stopped around 7:15 PM on Monday evening after a Border Patrol drug-sniffing dog alerted to the rear cargo door of their 2020 Chevy Tahoe.
According to the docs, Robinson and Bray were NOT reentering the country from Mexico -- rather they were trying to get from Los Angeles to Louisiana and hit the checkpoint on the way.
The agents performed a follow-up search and located several vacuum-sealed black bags full of a green leafy substance.
Border Patrol tested the substance and it came back positive for marijuana.
BP says they also found 23 mason jars, a can sealing machine, an electronic scale, and $3,100 in cash in Bray's jeans.

Robinson and Tyreke Bray, 26, were charged with possessing marijuana with the intention to sell, according to El Paso County jail records. Bray also played college football at Auburn and spent three seasons with the Colt, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection official confirmed.

Both were held without bond pending an initial appearance before a U.S. magistrate judge.
If convicted, both could be sentenced to up to 20 years in federal prison.
According to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday by the DEA, Robinson, Bray and an unidentified third person were driving from Los Angeles to Louisiana in a rented sport utility vehicle on Interstate 10 through a remote section of West Texas on Monday. When they passed a Border Patrol agent with a drug-sniffing dog, the dog detected the scent of marijuana. The agent radioed ahead to the patrol's checkpoint in near Sierra Blanca, Texas, 83 miles southeast of El Paso.
There, the patrol stopped and inspected the vehicle, finding several large duffel bags containing vacuum-sealed black bags containing what tested positive as marijuana, the complaint stated. Also found were glass jars and packaging equipment, along with $3,100 in cash.
Agents said the unidentified passenger was an Uber driver who also drove and ran errands for Robinson and his family and friends. The passenger showed agents cellphone texts that showed Robinson had offered to pay the passenger to claim ownership of the marijuana, according to the complaint. The texts showed the passenger refused and would not have made the trip if aware of the drugs in the vehicle. The person was not charged.

He's lucky it was only weed and not Cocaine. I doubt he'll do much time if any time. It's only weed.

Still it's a bone head move to load up 157 pounds of weed in the back of your Tahoe SUV and cruise it across state lines. Dogs sniff that shiiit out. Can't mask the smell of that much weed in a car.. NO WAY!!

2500-3000$ per pound depending on quality and that's in San diego
    Ounces are 200-350 per
    16 ounces in a pound
    200×16= 3200
    350×16=5600
    The money is real
Even if they are pound selling
