Here's a 3 minute 4th quarter close game stint from his opening game...
As the Milwaukee Bucks coaching staff has showed us, you don't need a lot of minutes to make an impact.Here's that 4th quarter run for Zion, from ESPN play by play, it wasn't exactly garbage time based on the score.
I suppose Ball is going to pile up some assists with Zion on the floor, he picked up 5 in this stretch alone. It was basically 3 minutes of dominance with fresh legs, with 3 pointers; the first and last entries below just bookend the action.
After walking on water, Zion even had a a miracle 7 foot layup attempt, which was blocked...

This is one reason we use efficiency type derviatives, on a per minute basis, even large junks like 50 or 100. Using rolling numbers through those ranges will make a forecast even tighter as it understanding where a player or team is and where they have been will help predict where they will be in the future. Just remember, when comparing any two factors, it's best to compare them to the league avg, whether mean or median.
But that's a whole nutha topic.

Was going to be my next post...adjusting for the type of play can make a difference, but it can also just be noise in the bigger picture...treating it as noise seems to be ok there.
The guy is on fire from 3, doubt that stays and doubt that remains a part of the game plan.

if you count the scoring of the game from only the minutes when he was on court, new orleans up by 16. his rating was +16 for the 2nd game
