    So how do sports betting apps work in Vegas Casinos?

    You download the app ok then....what do you do go to the physical sportsbook and plunk down cash and they credit the app with that amount?
    How far it works from the casino? Do you have to be in the casino or anywhere in the city to place wagers?
    How do you collect if you win, back to the sportsbook?
    What if you fly back to out of the state, can you keep the app and it works when you fly/come back with same balance? I.e. can you leave some funds in there and fly back?

    do any sport books have a rewards system that'll comp you if you bet large enough or long enough with the casino?
