Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green (ankle) is not expected to play in either of the final two games of the season, but his recent visit with Dr. Robert Anderson reportedly went well. Anderson informed Green that he can have a normal offseason of training and the injury won't prevent him from continuing his career.'I would have been better off breaking (the ankle). ... It's finally turned the corner. It's been feeling better and better each week. There were no (recent) setbacks. The plan was to go up there (to meet Anderson). He liked the way it looked. He said it's only a matter of time. It's not (ready) to play a game, but he was like, it's a good thing I didn't rush this thing. (Anderson) said the biggest thing for me is to get my range of motion back. Most of it is back. It will take time as I keep running routes and keep doing (rehab) stuff,' Green said.

A downgrade on Saturday is a bit unnerving, especially since Henry practiced fully on Friday. Fantasy GMs need to have Dion Lewis ready in case Henry is determined to be a late scratch on Sunday. We're seeing this as a pretty negative sign. Fortunately, it's a 1:00 PM ET kickoff time so we'll have official word about 11:30 AM ET Sunday.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston's future with the team hasn't been decided, according to head coach Bruce Arians Saturday, Dec. 21.

You can't spell Winston without INT...and the former No.1 overall pick threw four interceptions on Saturday against the Texans. Winston now has 28 interceptions in 2019 and the team has to decide whether or not they'll keep him around on a new contract. He played on his fifth-year option in 2019 and is set to be an unrestricted free agent in 2020. 'There's been no decision on any player. We don't make those decisions until the end of the season,' Arians said.

Detroit Lions RB Kerryon Johnson (knee) was activated off of the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Dec. 21, according to a source. He's eligible to play Sunday, Dec. 22, against the Denver Broncos.

This move was expected and now is official. Johnson has been practicing fully for two weeks and he should be in line for the starting job against the Broncos. The Broncos are fairly stout against the run, so Fantasy GMs should just consider Johnson a RB3 or flex play in Week 16.
