    If you watch some of the videos the locals didn’t even care they were laughing which is a damn disgrace when shooting occurred and it went on for a hour or so

    no, they got them around 3pm est... everyone in the schools surrounding the are (including one jets Wide receiver who was visiting the school to talk to kids about staying off the streets) were on lockdown until after 6:30pm.. scary stuff. there were kids posting pics and videos of swat snipers climbing up on the roof of the school.
