if there is a delay in the sign offs if you dont technically sign off, maybe the IPs could play a roll

The picker had the Jets winning big like 31 to 12 or something and with the -3.5 spread on the Jets it had them at a 15 point differential between the live spread and its predicted spread/score. Making it the biggest play on the board. However, it can't account for a healthy Andy Dalton starting over a fledgling rookie that had played the previous four games.
