NFL Player News - Week 15

    Courtesy of Footballguys.com

KC - QB Patrick Mahomes injury update

    Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher

Updating a previous report, Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (hand) did not suffer a broken bone in his hand in Week 14 and is expected to be fine for Week 15 against the Denver Broncos, according to head coach Andy Reid.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll see Mahomes limited during the week of practice. It's a tough matchup against the Broncos secondary that played well against Deshaun Watson in Week 14. However, this is Mahomes -- even banged up -- and he's worthy of a QB1 start as per usual in week two of the fantasy playoffs.

CLE - WR Odell Beckham wants out?

    Source: FOXSports.com - Jay Glazer

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. has reportedly told players and coaches on other teams to 'come get me' in reference to him wanting out of Cleveland.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Beckham is under contract through the 2023 season but moving him might prove to be difficult. There have been varying reports about his desire to remain with the Browns but there's enough buzz about this to believe something could be up with the oft-injured veteran receiver.

TB - WR Mike Evans' season likely over

    Source: ESPN.com - Jenna Laine

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (hamstring) is likely out for the season as head coach Bruce Arians said he'd be shocked if Evans returned.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The team is going to call him week-to-week with this hamstring injury. Evans might not be able to return this year, but he's already compiled over 1,000 yards on the season for the sixth consecutive season (every year he's been in the NFL). Chris Godwin, Breshad Perriman, and Justin Watson will get more work with Evans missing time.

PIT - WR JuJu Smith-Schuster eyes return

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) is eyeing a return for Week 15 against the Buffalo Bills.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We'll keep an eye on his status as the week of practice rolls on. It's a Sunday night game for the Steelers in Week 15, so Fantasy GMs have to be sure of his availability before locking him into the lineup. Smith-Schuster's return will impact the fantasy value of guys like Diontae Johnson and James Washington.

NE - QB Tom Brady struggling with elbow

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady (elbow) has really seen his practice time diminish due to maintenance of his elbow
    injury.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brady just doesn't look the same but the Patriots are still a dangerous team to contend with. We should see them get back on the winning track against the Bengals in Week 15.

IND - WR Parris Campbell lands on IR again

    Source: Colts.com

Indianapolis Colts WR Parris Campbell (undisclosed) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Monday, Dec. 9.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It was an injury plagued rookie season for Campbell. He played in only seven games this year, was targeted 24 times and caught 18 passes for 127 yards and one touchdown. Zach Pascal and Marcus Johnson will continue to get the bulk of the work in the Colts passing game.

WAS - RB Derrius Guice to sit Week 15

    Source: ESPN.com - John Keim

Washington Redskins RB Derrius Guice (knee) will not play in Week 15 against the Philadelphia Eagles due to the knee injury he suffered in Week 14 versus the Green Bay Packers, according to interim head coach Bill Callahan.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Guice will be out with another knee injury, so here goes Adrian Peterson as their lead back. Chris Thompson will get flex consideration as their receiving back in Week 15 against the Eagles.

JAX - DJ Chark has ankle injury

    Source: Jaguars.com - John Oehser

Updating a previous report, Jacksonville Jaguars DJ Chark (ankle) will be 'week-to-week or day-to-day' with an ankle injury, according to head coach Doug Marrone.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Chark was seen using a scooter after the game on Sunday. He is likely to miss time with this ankle injury and may be done for the year. Dede Westbrook, Chris Conley and Keelan Cole take over as the top three receivers if Chark misses time.

ATL - WR Calvin Ridley done for the season

    Source: AtlantaFalcons.com - Will McFadden

Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley (abdominal) announced on social media he will miss the rest of the season due to an abdominal injury he suffered in Week 14 against the Carolina Panthers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ridley finishes his second season with 63 catches for 866 yards and seven touchdowns. He's a big part of the Falcons offense and has a nose for the end zone with 17 touchdowns in two seasons as a pro. Ridley should be considered a WR2 breakout candidate in 2020.

DEN - TE Noah Fant expected to be OK

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos TE Noah Fant (foot) is reportedly dealing with a 'minor' foot injury and should be fine, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fant has turned in a strong rookie performance so far this year. He seems to have a good chemistry with fellow rookie Drew Lock, so Fantasy GMs can get him in there as a low-end TE1 in Week 15 against the Chiefs.

CIN - WR Auden Tate suffered MCL sprain in Week 14

    Source: ESPN - Ben Baby

Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate (knee) was diagnosed with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee after an MRI on Monday, Dec.9, showed no structural damage, according to ESPN's Ben Baby.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's somewhat minor but Tate might be done for 2019. Alex Erickson will get a larger role if Tate misses time. John Ross can score from anywhere on the field and could be 'what the heck' flex worthy with Tate out.

NE - N'Keal Harry nursing hip injury

Source: NBC Sports Boston - Phil Perry

New England Patriots WR N'Keal Harry (hip) played only two snaps in Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs before leaving with a hip injury, although he told reporters after the game he was 'good' health-wise.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Harry has been an absolute bust as a rookie in 2019. The first-round pick out of Arizona State has missed most of the year due to injury (ankle) and only has five catches for 40 yards and one touchdown in four games.

    Wednesday Update

BAL - QB Lamar Jackson commits to playing vs. Jets

Source: The Athletic - Jeff Zrebiec

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (quadricep) said Tuesday, Dec. 10, 'I'll be out there Thursday night.' The Ravens play the New York Jets Thursday, Dec. 12, on Thursday Night Football.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's a short week for the Ravens, but Jackson is going to be out there. Even if the Ravens choose to limit him (or just hammer the Jets and go to RGIII in the fourth quarter), Jackson should be able to post QB1 numbers.

PIT - WR JuJu Smith-Schuster to practice this week

    Source: ESPN - Brooke Pryor

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) is expected to practice at some point this week, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith-Schuster has been targeting a Week 15 return. The game is on Sunday night against the Bills so Fantasy GMs must have other plans ready. Monitor Smith-Schuster's status during the week of practice.

PIT - RB James Conner to practice

    Source: ESPN - Brooke Pryor

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) is expected to practice at some point this week, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner has not played since Week 11 but he is going to try and get back out there for the Week 15 Sunday night game against the Bills. Fantasy GMs have to have other options ready (and likely do) because the game is Sunday night. Monitor Conner's status during the week of practice.

CLE - WR Odell Beckham Jr. won't be rested

    Source: ESPN.com - Jim Trotter

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hip, groin) will not be shut down for the season, head coach Freddie Kitchens said Monday, Dec. 9. 'Odell and our training staff have done a tremendous job of getting Odell to the game each and every week,' Kitchens said.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Beckham is clearly not himself and the frustration level can be felt from him and his quarterback Baker Mayfield. Fantasy GMs are finding it difficult to trust this situation in the fantasy playoffs. Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports Beckham has told players and coaches on other teams he wants out of Cleveland. Expect this to be a wild offseason for the Browns.

WAS - RB Derrius Guice lands on IR

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Washington Redskins RB Derrius Guice (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list with a sprained medial collateral ligament Tuesday, Dec. 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Guice has a ton of talent but he just can't stay healthy. Washington turns things over to Adrian Peterson once again. Chris Thompson will get work as the change-of-pace back.

NFL - AJ Dillon turning pro

    Source: The Associated Press

Boston College RB AJ Dillon announced his intention to declare for the 2020 NFL Draft on Tuesday, Dec. 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Dillon is a huge running back, measuring in at 250 pounds. He was the centerpiece of the Boston College offense and can take on a large workload. Dillon is a punishing runner who doesn't have a lot of nuance to his game.

PHI - WR Alshon Jeffery's season over

Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo

Philadelphia Eagles WR Alshon Jeffery (foot) is out for the rest of the season with a foot injury he suffered in Week 14 against the New York Giants, according to a source. The team is still reportedly gathering opinions about the exact injury, however.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

We don't know if this is an Achilles' problem or something else after he went down against the Giants on Monday night. In 10 games this season, Jeffery finished with 43 catches for 490 yards and four touchdowns.

DET - WR Marvin Jones' season over

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list with an ankle injury on Tuesday, Dec. 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jones has now been put on Injured Reserve to end his season over the last two years. He finishes 2019 with 62 catches for 779 receiving yards and a whopping nine touchdowns. Jones will be back as a starting receiver for the Lions in 2020.

LAR - WR Cooper Kupp limited to 20 snaps in Week 14

Source: Los Angeles Times - Gary Klein

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp played only 20 of a possible 68 snaps in Week 14 versus the Seattle Seahawks.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Kupp has scored a touchdown in back-to-back weeks now. His snaps were down but the passing offense as a whole is trending up. That makes Kupp at least a flex play for Fantasy GMs in Week 15.

NYJ - Le'Veon Bell likely to go on trade block?

    Source: SNY - Ralph Vacchiano

New York Jets RB Le'Veon Bell is among the players the team is expected to make available via trade this offseason, according to sources.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Bell doesn't believe he's being used enough, and Jets head coach Adam Gase has never been the biggest fan of the veteran back. His contract will make him tough to move. Bell has a cap hit of $15.5 million in 2020 and there is $17 million remaining in dead money.

CIN - WR Auden Tate done for the year

    Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals WR Auden Tate (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list with a sprained left medial collateral ligament Tuesday, Dec. 10.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Bengals move forward with Tyler Boyd as their lead receiver. Behind him, guys like Alex Erickson and John Ross will try to make an impact. In a corresponding move, WR Damion Willis was elevated from the practice squad to replace Tate on the roster.

PIT - TE Vance McDonald in protocol

    Source: DKPittsburghSports.com - Dale Lolley

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Vance McDonald (concussion) is in the concussion protocol following the Week 14 game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

McDonald will have to get through the protocol before he's cleared to play on Sunday night against the Bills. Fantasy GMs will have to look for better options.

CLE - No discipline for QB Baker Mayfield

    Source: ESPN.com - Jim Trotter

Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield was critical of the training staff concerning the injury to WR Odell Beckham Jr. and how it has been handled. Head coach Freddie Kitchens addressed the situation with his quarterback. 'We don't want him addressing other players' injuries, in that manner especially,' Kitchens said Monday, Dec. 9. 'It's been addressed and (Mayfield) understands how to handle things like that moving forward.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mayfield was speaking his truth when talking about the mishandling of Beckham's injury...and the team didn't like that. We love the refreshing honesty that Mayfield gives the media from time to time but we doubt we'll hear any more about a teammate's injury going forward.

    Thursday Update

TEN - RB Derrick Henry not on field

Source: The Tennessean - Erik Bacharach

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's a huge game for the Titans on Sunday against the Texans. In a battle for AFC South supremacy, we can't see Henry missing the game. He's just getting some rest on Wednesday and should be out there fully participating by Friday at the latest.

PIT - RB James Conner a full participant

    Source: Steelers.com - Teresa Varley

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (shoulder) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Conner should be able to play against Buffalo on Sunday night. His return as the lead back for the Steelers means Fantasy GMs should look at Conner as a RB3 or flex play.

TB - WR Mike Evans done for season

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (hamstring) will miss the remainder of the 2019 season, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It was just a matter of time before this expected news hit the wire. The Bucs have Chris Godwin as their top target now. Evans finishes over 1,000 yards again, joining only Randy Moss in NFL history as wide receivers who began their careers with six-straight seasons exceeding that total. He's under contract through the 2023 season but it will be interesting to note who his quarterback is with the Bucs next year.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen expected back Sunday

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) is expected to return to the lineup against the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday, Dec. 15, barring a setback in practice, per a league source Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thielen has had a setback before, so watch his status on Friday. The Vikings travel to play the Chargers in Week 15.

WAS - RB Adrian Peterson fully practices

    Source: Redskins.com

Washington Redskins RB Adrian Peterson (toe) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Peterson is the lead back for Washington with Derrius Guice down. He won't do much of anything as a receiver, so those duties go to Chris Thompson in Week 15 and beyond.

TB - Limited practice for QB Jameis Winston

    Source: Buccaneers.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (knee, thumb) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Winston may not be available for Week 15. We'll see which way he's trending in Friday's practice. Stay tuned.

CLE - TE David Njoku listed as limited

    Source: ClevelandBrowns.com

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Njoku was back last week and had to shake off some rust. It's a better matchup this week against the Cardinals, making Njoku a 'what the heck' tight end in Week 15.

MIA - WR DeVante Parker limited

    Source: MiamiDolphins.com

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Parker will need to be cleared from the concussion protocol before he can play. Watch his status the rest of the week. Fantasy GMs can look at Parker as a WR3/flex play against the Giants in Week 15.

PIT - Full practice for WR JuJu Smith-Schuster

    Source: Steelers.com - Teresa Varley

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith-Schuster is pushing to return this week. The Steelers take on the Bills on Sunday night, and Fantasy GMs can look at Smith-Schuster as a WR4 or deep flex play.

OAK - RB Josh Jacobs listed as limited

    Source: Raiders.com

Oakland Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (shoulder) was listed as limited on the team's estimated practice report Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jacobs should be back in action this week. It's good news for Fantasy GMs...unless you just picked up DeAndre Washington and thought you had something there. Jacobs should be the lead back as per usual and perhaps Washington gets a bit more work as the team's change-of-pace back.

JAX - DJ Chark misses practice

    Source: Jaguars.com

Jacksonville Jaguars WR DJ Chark (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Chark is pushing to play, so keep monitoring his status. Even if he misses this week against the Raiders, Chark could be back for one of the final two games after that.

SEA - WR Josh Gordon's role set to grow?

Source: NBC Sports Northwest - Joe Fann

Seattle Seahawks WR Josh Gordon 'has done really well,' according to head coach Pete Carroll Wednesday, Dec. 11. Carroll added Gordon 'could have a big game anytime.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Seattle plays at home against the Cardinals in Week 16, the fantasy championship round in most leagues. Keep that in mind as he sits on your bench doing nothing. In Week 16, Gordon makes for an interesting flex option.

SEA - RB Rashaad Penny to undergo surgery

Source: The Seattle Times - Bob Condotta

Seattle Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny (knee) will undergo surgery to repair his torn ACL, according to head coach Pete Carroll Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Penny may not be ready for the start of the 2020 season. We will see him limited in training camp next year if he's even ready to do that. This injury is a disappointing way for the 2018 first-round pick to end his second season. The Seahawks roll on with Chris Carson as their lead back.

CIN - WR John Ross back on injury report

Source: The Athletic - Jay Morrison

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (foot) was limited at practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Auden Tate is out for the Bengals and A.J. Green is unlikely to play this year. That leaves Tyler Boyd as the top receiver. Behind him, Alex Erickson and John Ross will compete for targets. Ross and his deep speed make him a big-play option and a 'what the heck' flex play for Fantasy GMs.

CAR - TE Greg Olsen officially limited

    Source: Panthers.com

Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers TE Greg Olsen (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Olsen has to get cleared from the league's concussion protocol before he can play. The Panthers will not rush him back and have young tight end Ian Thomas to start (and play well) if Olsen has to miss more time.

BAL - TE Mark Andrews listed as questionable

    Source: BaltimoreRavens.com

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (knee) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 11, and is listed as questionable for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

It's a short week for the Ravens as they play the Jets on Thursday night. We'll see if they let Andrews play, shut him down or maybe even limit him and play more Hayden Hurst. If Andrews plays, Fantasy GMs should consider him a low-end TE1 in Week 15.

NYG - QB Daniel Jones does some work

Source: New York Daily News - Pat Leonard

New York Giants QB Daniel Jones (ankle) is limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

He's not out of it yet. Reports on Tuesday indicated that Jones would need to miss 2-4 weeks with this injury. Reports on Wednesday suggest the Giants may try to rush him back. Eli Manning did a decent job against the Eagles, so we don't see the rush with the rookie. Whatever the case may be, monitor his status during the week of practice.

IND - WR T.Y. Hilton won't shut it down

    Source: ESPN.com - Mike Wells

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (calf) said the team's playoff eligibility won't be a factor on if he returns this season. 'I would never quit on my team,' Hilton said. 'I signed up for 16 games. Some guys may shut it down and call it quits. I don't do that.'

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hilton is going to try and get back out there but it seems like a longshot at this point. They'll continue to ease him back into action if he's ready. In the meantime, Zach Pascal, Marcus Johnson and Ashton Dulin are their top three wide receivers.

NYG - WR Golden Tate limited Wednesday

Source: New York Daily News - Pat Leonard

New York Giants TE Golden Tate (foot) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The Giants have a great opportunity to put up points against the Dolphins on Sunday. That makes Tate at least a flex play in PPR leagues, no matter if the quarterback for the Giants is Daniel Jones or Eli Manning.

NYG - TE Evan Engram limited

Source: New York Daily News - Pat Leonard

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Engram has been trying to get back from this foot injury but to no avail. He hasn't been out there since Week 9, so Fantasy GMs already have other and better options even if Engram does return in Week 15.

CLE - WR Odell Beckham Jr. limited

Source: Medina County Gazette - Scott Petrak

Cleveland Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr. (groin) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Beckham is going to continue being limited by this groin injury. Fantasy GMs are not trusting the star receiver that much right now but it is a matchup against the Cardinals. That makes Beckham a WR2 with upside for Fantasy GMs in Week 15.

    Friday Update

TB - QB Jameis Winston limited again

    Source: Buccaneers.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (thumb, knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

Winston was seen holding a tennis ball in this practice but still appears to not be ready to hold a football which makes playing on Sunday seem unlikely, but he can't be ruled out. Ryan Griffin would start if Winston can't go.

TEN - RB Derrick Henry sits again

    Source: TitansOnline.com

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Henry is still fully expected to play Sunday against Houston, although Dion Lewis has become a more essential handcuff with this hamstring issue lingering.

MIN - RB Alexander Mattison sits Thursday

    Source: FOX9.com - Jeff Wald

Minnesota Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (ankle) did not take part in practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mattison is now in danger of missing Week 15. Mike Boone would get some work and should be rostered in deep leagues as the possible handcuff to Dalvin Cook.

OAK - RB Josh Jacobs practicing Thursday

Source: Las Vegas Review Journal - Myles Simmons

Oakland Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (shoulder) was on the field for stretching at the start of practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jacobs is still no guarantee to play but he appears to be ahead of where he was last week. If he goes, he'll be a risky but high ceiling play against a collapsing Jaguars run defense. If he doesn't DeAndre Washington will be a good play as at least a flex.

HOU - WR Will Fuller practices again

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Houston Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring) was on the practice field Thursday, Dec. 12, for the portion open for media observation.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fuller got in limited practices last week and didn't go and the team could still proceed with caution with another matchup against the Titans still on the schedule.

KC - RB Damien Williams limited again

    Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Darin Gantt

Kansas City Chiefs RB Damien Williams (ribs) was listed as limited participant during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Williams might be able to play this Sunday at home against the Broncos. If that's the case, Fantasy GMs should consider him more of a deep flex play. Watch for his status on Friday.

LAR - TE Gerald Everett remains sidelined

Source: 105.3 The Fan - Mike Fisher

Los Angeles Rams TE Gerald Everett (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Tyler Higbee will be a solid TE1 again this week in a good matchup against Dallas.

CLE - TE David Njoku fully practices

    Source: ClevelandBrowns.com

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Njoku is a boom/bust play. He has a great matchup against Arizona but was barely used last week in his first week.

NO - TE Jared Cook limited Thursday

    Source: NewOrleansSaints.com

New Orleans Saints TE Jared Cook (concussion) was limited in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cook has an extra day to clear concussion protocol with the Saints playing Monday night. He's a strong TE1 if he's active but you might need to carry Josh Hill into Monday night if you want to count on him.

CIN - WR John Ross takes part in practice

    Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (foot) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ross is a boom/bust play if you are a big underdog and need a hail mary. The Patriots have given up long touchdowns in each of the last two weeks.

PHI - RB Jordan Howard limited

    Source: PhiladelphiaEagles.com

Philadelphia Eagles RB Jordan Howard (shoulder) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Howard remains in a holding pattern, still not cleared for contact but getting limited practices. Consider him droppable with the emergence of Boston Scott.

GB - WR Davante Adams downgraded Thursday

    Source: Packers.com

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (toe) was downgraded from full to limited at practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

The dreaded midweek downgrade might not threaten Adams availability, but it casts a shadow over the idea of how much his toe issue will affect him against the Bears. Toe issues don't completely go away so it's possible that Adams aggravated it to some extent.

CHI - WR Taylor Gabriel remains absent Thursday

    Source: ChicagoBears.com

Chicago Bears WR Taylor Gabriel (concussion) remained out of practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Anthony Miller will likely remain a viable WR3/Flex as long as Gabriel is out and with his level of play lately, he could still have that value if Gabriel returns.

MIN - WR Adam Thielen listed as limited

    Source: Vikings.com

Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This casts some doubt on whether he'll play this week as he has said he won't play unless he's 100%. If Thielen can't go Stefon Diggs might get a few more targets against the Chargers.

He did, however, take part in all of the individual drills at practice Thursday so there is some optimism. Stay tuned to see what he's able to do Friday.

DET - RB Bo Scarbrough a no-go Thursday

    Source: MLive.com - Kyle Meinke

Detroit Lions RB Bo Scarbrough (ribs) did not take part in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Scarbrough will need to practice tomorrow to have a real chance to play against Tampa Bay. The Bucs run defense is stout, so it might be better to bench Scarbrough even if he is active.

OAK - WR Hunter Renfrow on practice field

Source: Las Vegas Review Journal - Myles Simmons

Oakland Raiders WR Hunter Renfrow (ribs) was seen participating in the early portion of practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Renfrow's return would add another desperation play wide receiver in PPR leagues and take a little luster off of Darren Waller as a TE1 against Jacksonville.

SF - RB Raheem Mostert new leader of the pack

Source: San Francisco Chronicle - Eric Branch

San Francisco 49ers RB Raheem Mostert has 'earned it over these last few weeks' and given the team 'no choice' but to 'give him more opportunities,' according to head coach Kyle Shanahan.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mostert is a high ceiling, low floor RB2 this week in a good matchup and momentum dictates that you break lineup setting ties in his favor since Shanahan is telling us he has emerged as the top back.

Should I start Courtland Sutton vs KC or Adam Thielen vs LAC? Thielen is going to play this week vs the Chargers but who knows how he'll do coming back from a hamstring injury? This is a tough one so any advice would be appreciated...

    Saturday Update

MIN - WR Adam Thielen practicing again

Source: St. Paul Pioneer Press - Chris Tomasson

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Thielen appears to be on track to play but you'll have to check back on Sunday to be sure. He plays in a late game but has been removed from the injury report, so you can feel confident starting him.

KC - QB Patrick Mahomes on track to play

    Source: Chiefs.com

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mahomes hand injury seemed to affect him in the second half last week, but it sounds like it shouldn't be a worry for the matchup with Broncos.

NE - WR Julian Edelman questionable

    Source: Patriots.com

New England Patriots WR Julian Edelman (knee, shoulder) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is listed as questionable for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Edelman should play, as he has been on the injury report for most of the year, and he remains the most reliable part of the Patriots offense to plug into fantasy lineups.

TB - QB Jameis Winston throwing football

    Source: ESPN.com - Jenna Laine

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (thumb) resumed throwing a football Friday, Dec. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Winston is expected to start and while he comes with risk, he also has a lot of upside against a Lions defense that is looking forward to 2020. This is good news for Chris Godwin and makes Breshad Perriman and OJ Howard more viable plays.

NYG - QB Daniel Jones likely out again

    Source: ESPN.com - Jordan Raanan

New York Giants QB Daniel Jones (ankle) is likely out again in Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Eli Manning will get another start and could be a hit in DFS lineups or as a QB2/Superflex because of the matchup against the Dolphins.

PIT - WR JuJu Smith-Schuster unlikely to play

    Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter

Pittsburgh Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) is unlikely to play in Week 15 after he aggravated his knee injury in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Diontae Johnson and James Washington will start vs Buffalo and both are what the heck WR3/Flex plays, with Johnson coming in hot after posting the most impactful game of his rookie year last week.

MIN - TE Kyle Rudolph on track to play

    Source: NFLCommunications.com

Minnesota Vikings TE Kyle Rudolph (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Rudolph has been slowing down in fantasy scoring lately and Adam Thielen will be back this week to lower his ceiling further. He's not a preferred streamer against the Chargers.

MIN - Full practice for RB Dalvin Cook

    Source: NFLCommunications.com

Minnesota Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (chest) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cook's injury scare is behind us and he is set up for a huge workload with Alexander Mattison sidelined.

GB - WR Davante Adams limited Friday

    Source: Packers.com

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (toe) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 13, but is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Adams toe issue might have flared up a bit this week, but not being on the injury report heading into the matchup with the Bears is reassuring.

MIA - WR DeVante Parker lands huge extension

Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero

Miami Dolphins WR Devante Parker is reportedly close to signing a four-year contract extension worth over $40 million on Friday, Dec. 13, according to a source.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Parker has stayed healthy until his concussion last week and played well through multiple quarterbacks. He's another player who seemed to develop better when he wasn't playing for Adam Gase.

WAS - RB Adrian Peterson a full participant

    Source: Redskins.com

Washington Redskins RB Adrian Peterson (toe) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Peterson rested earlier in the week but finished with a full practice to build confidence in him as a flex or low-end RB2 against the stout Eagles run defense.

PHI - WR Nelson Agholor misses another practice

    Source: PhiladelphiaEagles.com

Philadelphia Eagles WR Nelson Agholor (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is listed as questionable for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Agholor seems on the doubtful side of questionable since he wasn't able to practice. Greg Ward could be a frequent target against Washington this week.

CLE - TE David Njoku not on injury report

    Source: ClevelandBrowns.com

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Njoku's early week status cast a shadow on his outlook in the terrific matchup with Arizona, but it looks like he'll be full speed for Week 15.

OAK - RB Josh Jacobs likely to avoid offseason surgery

    Source: ESPN.com - Paul Gutierrez

Oakland Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (shoulder) told reporters Friday, Dec. 13, he 'plans' to play in Week 15 against the Jacksonville Jaguars despite being listed as questionable. He added that he does not anticipate needing surgery on his fractured right shoulder and should only require about four to six weeks of 'shutting it down' to fully recover.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Jacobs also reportedly had trouble putting his sweatshirt on today, but as long as he's active against the league's worst run defense in recent weeks, he should be in your lineup. Hold onto DeAndre Washington in case this situation changes before game time.

CIN - WR John Ross not on injury report

    Source: Bengals.com

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Ross is a boom/bust play against the Patriots this week. New England did give up long passing scores each of the last two weeks.

DEN - TE Noah Fant trending positively

    Source: BSNDenver.com - Zac Stevens

Denver Broncos TE Noah Fant (foot, hip) is listed as questionable for Week 15, but is trending in the right direction , head coach Vic Fangio said Friday, Dec. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fant is no sure thing for Sunday, but if he goes, he'll have a good matchup against Kansas City and a hot quarterback tossing him the ball in Drew Lock's homecoming.

KC - RB Damien Williams sits out Friday

    Source: ESPN.com - Adam Teicher

Kansas City Chiefs RB Damien Williams (ribs) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Williams appeared to be on track to return this week, but this downgrade due an illness endangers his status. The Chiefs backfield will still be a three-headed attack at least and should be avoided unless you are desperate.

MIN - RB Alexander Mattison remains out

Source: St. Paul Pioneer Press - Chris Tomasson

Minnesota Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 13.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mike Boone will back up Dalvin Cook. Boone is a very good back for a third stringer, but this should still result in even more work for Cook against the Chargers.

NYG - TE Evan Engram likely out again

Source: The Bergen Record - Art Stapleton

New York Giants TE Evan Engram (foot) is expected to miss Week 15 as his foot hasn't progressed well enough.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Engram should just be sat for the rest of the season with only two weeks left. The team is likely to pick up his fifth year option in the offseason, but he has only played 19 games in the last two seasons.

I have both Jacobs and Washington in my biggest money league. Will be pissed if Jacobs goes and only last one or two series.

Would rather him just sit out at this point.

Lions declared RB Bo Scarbrough inactive for Week 15 against the Buccaneers.

Mid-week practice squad call-up Wes Hills has a chance to become the Lions' fifth backfield starter of the season, joining Kerryon Johnson, Ty Johnson, J.D. McKissic, and Scarbrough among those ranks. Hills, McKissic, and Ty are fully expected to work as a three-headed timeshare in the interim against the Bucs, downgrading all as mere desperation darts for season-long and DFS alike.

    Monday Update

PHI - QB Carson Wentz fires three scores

    Source: ESPN.com

Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz completed 30 of his 43 passes for 266 yards and three touchdowns in a 37-27 win over the Washington Redskins in Week 15. He also fumbled three times, losing one.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Wentz delivered when he needed to as the Eagles stay in the playoff hunt.

NYG - RB Saquon Barkley has monster game

    Source: ESPN

New York Giants RB Saquon Barkley rushed 24 times for 112 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 15 against the Miami Dolphins while posting four grabs for 31 yards on five targets.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

This was the Barkley we'd been hoping for.

MIA - Two scores for WR DeVante Parker

    Source: ESPN

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker posted four receptions for 72 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 15 against the New York Giants.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Parker posted a big game in his first contest after signing a big extension. He'll be drafted as a WR2 next year after his break out in 2019. He, Ryan Tannehill, and Kenyan Drake all showed how much they are enjoying playing for coaches not named Adam Gase today.

TEN - TE Jonnu Smith posts over 100 total yards

    Source: NFL.com

Tennessee Titans TE Jonnu Smith caught five passes for 60 yards against the Houston Texans in Week 15. He also rushed for 57 yards on one carry during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Smith was very difficult for the Texans to tackle in this game and should be considered as a tight end streamer for Week 16 against New Orleans. His dynasty stock is looking very good right now.

TEN - RB Derrick Henry plays well in Week 15

    Source: NFL.com

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed for 86 yards on 21 carries against the Houston Texans in Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Henry was stuffed at the goal line a few times and Ryan Tannehill finished the drive with a run, making for a disappointing day as the Titans played from behind and Henry never broke his signature long run. His hamstring didn't seem to be a big problem but we will monitor the beat writer reports heading into the matchup with New Orleans.

CIN - RB Joe Mixon hits triples digits in loss

    Source: ESPN

Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon finished with 25 rushes for 136 yards in Week 15 against the New England Patriots while adding three grabs for 20 yards.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mixon is playing his best football of the year in December for the second straight year. The only thing wrong with him in fantasy leagues this year has been the team he plays for. He'll be a strong RB1 against Miami next week.

HOU - WR Kenny Stills catches two TDs

    Source: NFL.com

Houston Texans WR Kenny Stills caught three passes for 35 yards and two touchdowns against the Tennessee Titans in Week 15. He was targeted three times during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Stills has been very inconsistent this year and had one of his best games even though Will Fuller was back. He'll only be a desperation play, albeit one with upside against the Bucs on Saturday.

HOU - Five receptions for WR Will Fuller

    Source: NFL.com

Houston Texans WR Will Fuller caught five passes for 61 yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 15. He was targeted seven times during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Fuller had one long play and wasn't a hit, but wasn't a disappointment either in his return from a hamstring injury. Break ties in favor of the fragile receiver against the Bucs this Saturday.

MIN - RB Dalvin Cook done for the day

    Source: Vikings PR

Minnesota Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers and he will not return. He finishes with nine runs for 27 yards while adding three grabs for 16 yards.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Cook will sink fantasy teams last week as the risk that didn't materialize last week ended his Week 15. Mike Boone has taken over with Alexander Mattison out and he'll be a must start if Cook and Mattison are out next week.

KC - Two touchdowns for WR Tyreek Hill

    Source: NFL.com

Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill caught five passes for 67 yards and two touchdowns against the Denver Broncos in Week 15. He was targeted seven times during the game.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hill delivered like the postal service in the snow. He has been a hit despite missing time with a collarbone injury earlier in the year.

NE - RB Sony Michel totals 103 scrimmage yards

    Source: ESPN

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel rushed 19 times for 89 yards in Week 15 against the Cincinnati Bengals and he added one catch for 14 yards on his two targets.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Michel ran well and would have been a fantasy success if he hadn't dropped a touchdown at the goal line. He's a what the heck flex against the Bills next week.

NE - QB Tom Brady tosses pair of touchdowns

    Source: ESPN

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady completed 15-of-29 passes for 128 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Week 15 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Brady had a touchdown pass dropped by Sony Michel and missed Mohamed Sanu later, but the reality is still that he is not worth considering as a fantasy quarterback for the finals against Buffalo on Saturday.

KC - TE Travis Kelce has monster game

    Source: NFL.com

Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce caught 11 passes for 142 yards against the Denver Broncos in Week 15. He was targeted 13 times during the game.

Kelce set season highs in catches and yards even though he played in snowstorm. He saved his best for the next to last fantasy week of the season.

DET - WR Danny Amendola hits century mark

    Source: ESPN

Detroit Lions RB Danny Amendola ended up with eight receptions for 102 yards on 13 targets in Week 15 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Amendola had the biggest play of the day for the Lions offense and he should be set up as a top target against the Broncos next week, worthy of a look in deeper leagues if your wide receiver group was decimated by injuries.

DET - RB Wes Hills finds end zone twice in victory

    Source: ESPN

Detroit Lions RB Wes Hills rushed 10 times for 21 yards with two touchdowns in Week 15 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Hills doesn't have much fantasy value with Kerryon Johnson possibly back next week, but he still ruined Kenny Golladay's fantasy day by accounting for the Lions touchdowns in the blowout loss.

KC - QB Patrick Mahomes surpasses 300-yard mark

    Source: NFL.com

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes went 27-for-34 for 340 yards, two touchdowns and one interception against the Denver Broncos in Week 15.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Mahomes also had a two point conversion in a very good day considering the conditions and concerns about his hand. He faces a tough Bears defense on the road next week but can't be on the bench and he and the Chiefs push for a bye.

TB - WR Breshad Perriman hauls in three TDs

    Source: ESPN

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Breshad Perriman posted five receptions for 113 yards and three touchdowns in Week 15 against the Detroit Lions on six targets.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Perriman was a golden ticket to the finals and DFS lineup maker in one of the biggest wide receiver games of the year. He looks like a must start against Houston on Saturday.

TB - WR Chris Godwin injures hamstring

    Source: Buccaneers.com

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 15 game and will not return.

    [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]

Godwin should be considered questionable at best for next week and more likely doubtful with the game on Saturday. Breshad Perriman will be the Bucs #1 receiver next week and Justin Watson the #2.
