Ok folks I've posted this before but a lot of new heads here so I'm gonna post it up again. This is my favorite way to do a Turkey and for people who complain that Turkey is dry or tasteless this recipe is for you.
18-23 lb turkey cleaned and patted dry.
Stuff this Bad Boy with the following:

The flesh and juice of 6 large lemons
    One large Green apple Quartered
    One Large Yellow Onion Quartered
1 large can of frozen Orange juice semi thawed pack that shit in there.
Now salt pepper and dry oregano the insides well.
Then use real butter ,folks Margarine will kill ya, and rub the Bird all over then fill that empty can of OJ with a dry white wine and pour over the buttered bird.
Next sprinkle the bird with salt and pepper and oregano and cover . Bake at 325 for 15 mins per pound and baste every hour.

    Amazing flavor
Drumsticks fall off the bird so juicy and flavorfull.
    Good Luck

Interesting one, sounds good. As I’ve mentioned several times already those who complaining bout turkey being dry are not very good cooks. That a 100% them problem, I’ve never made a dry bird!!

    Happy thanksgiving pal.

Interesting, sounds good. Ever brine a turkey or chicken? My wife cooks hers in a paper bag. First time she did it I thought she was going to burn down the apartment building.

She puts in a double paper bag coated inside with butter, stuff the bird around 15 pounds with stuffing. Staple the bag closed cook on 365 for 3.5 hours. Juices flow right out when I cut into it.
