I had the 2nd half under 67 1/2. It went over due to OT.

56 points were scored in the 2nd period.

Wow, not a ft or nothing? I’d guess that pretty rare. I’ve seen many long droughts w no buckets but team usually gets few freebies..

I asked myself how that even happens. Here's how:

    6 turnovers
    2 missed jumpers
    4 missed 3-pointers
2 missed FTs at the end

This is why college sports suck ass!!!! Professional sports so much easier to cap! An nba team isn't going to do that shit up that much.

Pretty inexcusable they didn’t attack the rim some and get to the charity stripe, when your shots not falling this what you should always do for several reasons. I’ve never liked that team tho.

Couldn’t disagree more. Nba teams blow 20 point leads all the time and you have to worry bout effort/motivation while you can almost always count on the kids giving you effort. Sure pros ain’t gonna miss shots like that but they absolutely blow redic leads in nba. NFL they did it in Super Bowl few years back.

sorry you lost but give me the college game in both sports any day of the week.

said it before ill say it again, OT should not count towards total or spread. should be graded after regulation like soccer and some hockey

That's exactly what I thought. Shooting so many 3 pointers means they weren't getting to the basket. Stupid coach was probably just sitting back thinking he had a sure win. I'm glad they lost in OT.

I agree, There should be an option to allow you to choose whether you want the result graded in regular time without OT or with OT.

There are books who offer regular time spreads. (excluding overtime markets)

Tonight the Clippers built a 20 point lead, blew it all, and then won by 25. It can happen in the same game. I always felt like NBA is harder to cap because of the inconsistent effort. When you play 82 regular season games players take nights off, and now you've got load management.

I preferred college. When you're fighting for conference titles and a spot in the tournament every game feels like a must win. Combine that with the massive talent disparity between the top and bottom teams and it felt pretty easy to cap.

The problem is the proliferation in teams taking 40-50 3's per night, it creates way too much variance.

I disagree. I think way more skill in nba than in college. Teams are not going to be bad at everything like tcu did. College players choke way more imo than pros.

Jesus I couldn’t even guess how much better some my seasons woulda been without losses on unders thanks to ot! I had a crazy run of those few years back, most of them still coulda stayed under too but then the last minute of ot turns into a foul fest to bury it. Drives me nuts.

College football even worse, that shit so unfair to a under!! Not even real football!

Didn’t say there wasn’t more skill. I said less effort night to night. Just that we see 20 point 1st half leads in nba evaporate all the time.

Yeah it's hard to maintain it the whole game. What matters is crunch time. NBA team up double digits with a couple minutes left win way more than college basketball.

All wrong imo. College teams shoot like shit and choke too much to be as easy as nba. It's easy to know who is playing or not. Lots of fixes in college since players don't get payed anyway. I know a couple utah utes players that fixed games. So I know it happens.

    Think about it....

there are only 2 possible benefactors from OT..... over bettors and favorites... seems like it would be in most books interest to goto regulation grading, and it makes the most sense anyways.

I had this game as well....couldnt believe Clemson forced OT. Also, can't believe TCU didnt score on that putback at the end of OT, or had a foul called on the guy who just grabbed onto his arm. Oh well, I had a few over the weekend I thought was cooked, including +6 with the Giants.
