Guess we will see based on whether these folks appear in any of the dailies in rest of the series - don't personally want to jump to conclusions since it doesn't appear that any of these guys are banned from the forum like Grivas currently is.

Kind of strange if this highlighting is to signify those who have been punished/banned in some capacity. SBR/Optional specifically said that if something were to be done to them that it would not be publicly announced. So obviously if this highlighting of the names does relate to that, naturally that's indirectly publicly saying something about them, a bit contrary to what they said would occur.
