    Grind your game lean.

    Add 10-15% ground bacon ends.

    Regrind everything together. Add preferred seasoning and let sit 3-5 days in fridge covered.

    Get a jerky stuffer and preferred shape of jerky/stick end.

    Dehydrate, smoke, or bake at 225 until desired dryness.

    an upright pellet smoker is simple , easy and makes good tasting stuff

    ended up being too much work and purchases to be made grilled the meat on bbq with some spices tasted like lamb but even more gamey. will never eat it again waste of money for me at least
