    Terry had a decent little run for the Celtics 2 years ago on his rookie deal. Twiiter shit as well, "Scary Terry".
    He has some skills and toughness, but we will see if he can play as a starter on a crap team?

    Celts would have kept him at a price.

    Not even close. Max contract is 30-35% of the salary cap. With a $109MM salary cap, that's $32-$38MM and that's forgetting the fact that neither player wants to play in Charlotte

    NBA teams are required to spend a minimum amount eqchbseqson even if they will tank like Charlotte. That's why players like rozier get grossly over paid.
