I bet. I don’t follow wvu closely enough to know what going on there now but I’m 100% their future brighter without that clown.

doesn't Tulane usually show up for these weekday games? I remember them running over a good team as a nice sized dog last year... maybe a Thursday game?

I've watched enough of the Houston QB and how that team is operating on offense this year under new coach while not playing as fast... they aren't good

    stay away game

We’ve just always been spoiled by coaches that REALLY love WVU. Even Rich Rod played the role til he left. WVU is unlike any other school in the country. It’s truly our states heart and soul. We treat our athletes and coaches like they’re members of every single one of our families. That’s why all of our athletes continue to be in love with the place after they leave. Most of these kids come to WV scared of the place, and leave feeling like they found a place they can call home...no matter where they came from.

Dana never really seemed to understand that. It felt like he was just not happy being here.

I have Houston in a teaser with the TNF total. Houston +10.5 (line was +4.5 when I bet it) and TNF Under 46.

Saw Holgorson over in Lake Charles LA at the Golden Nugget a few months ago with two young dime pieces on each arm.

He may get the Air Raid working here. People in Houston were excited because UH has always been a stepping stone school for coaches. Build the program up a bit and bolt for the big jobs. This time they felt they lured a guy who will stick around awhile.

I thought they were sloppy against Wazzou and if I had to bet it I’d probably take Tulane even with the movement upwards.

You sure it was him? Holgorson couldn't get anyone with that hair of his. Reminds me of Gallagher.

First two posts do a good job of answering the question.

Tulane winning big has less of an effect than one would think, according to my early analysis here.

The tickets and money have actually hit some of these books on Houston, the public is basically taking them.

I've identified, in more than one major book, what is enough to be considered RLM on Tulane.

Let's see how the trends go tomorrow but it looks as though Tulane is the sharp bet here if you consider the tickets being shown on Houston and the RLM in the market. Generally that disagreement implies sharper bets but our volume isn't very high and neither were the limits.

That said, the line movement is also no joke as even moving onto the 5 in NCAAF has some significance and the books my respect what they are seeing on their ledgers, perhaps preparing for these trends to uphold tomorrow.

It was home against Memphis on a Friday night. Spread was somewhere in the 2 touchdown-ish range in favor of Memphis and Tulane dominated the whole thing.

Also I am on Tulane -5 tonight

    Tulane was "good" in 1998.

So..... LAST YEAR..... Tulane beat Memphis..... in their 7-6 season.

Now they have a new QB.... and your theory is that Tulane is just a great team on Thursdays?

    Just seems like weird reasoning.

Houston a "very public dog" 68% on Houston and line has risen Sharps lurking on the Wave. Be careful and as always GL however you go.
