    It was 28-7 just a minute and a half into the 2nd quarter! 4 TDs in 16+ minutes and then just an FG the final 43+ minutes. Tough to do...

    tulane qb was at one point 4-14 in passes. i guess the defense never practices with all the qb king runs, i guess the defense should be able to contain a running qb, but no the 97 yds drive were like 10 plays and only one was a miracle pass on 3 and forever inside their 5.

    and the playcalling on the second half was attrocious going uptempo when your defense cant tackle.

    yeah it still sore the loss since that game was houston all the way, but holgersen gave it to tulane

    Basically it looked like while Tulane made a bunch of adjustments at halftime, Houston did absolutely nothing and Tulane was ready for them.

    In fairness to Holgorsen, after the 1 quarter onslaught Houston receivers beat coverage deep numerous times and King overthrew them. Every time. Coach might be a pinhead but the plays were there to be made.
