biggest sweat of my life on Twins game

i hammered the game after it was announced Giolito was scratched...risking $19,177 to win $14,200.
Twins -135 stayed on the board for several hours after it was announced....closed at -205. so the Twins were up 5-0 after 3, then got outscored 5-0 to force extras. Chisox put up a run in the 11th and brought in Colome to close the game. Colome (2.6 ERA) was 27 for 28 in save opportunities. by miracle the Twins got a run to force the 12th. Chisox scored 2 in the 12th...i thought i was toast. but they brought in a scrub (Ruiz) to pitch the 12th. Twins put on 1st 2 hitters to have 2nd and 3rd w/no outs. then Sano strikes out on 3 pitches. Marwin singles to tie the game. Arraez singled. Wade singles and Marwin gets held up at 3rd...he would have scored if he went. then Torreyes gets HBP to walk it off.

that is a $33,377 swing for my BR. plus the 2k betpoints i maxed out on the game.

    Helluva win. Congrats!

I was on MIN as well but for a fraction of what you had on it (plus I kept hitting them with Live bets too). Crazy how the extras played out. I had SF as well and that was a sweat too.

You can definitely fire off multiple bets maxed out to reach this number easy especially if you are down lifetime which anyone who’s throwing 19k on a game probably is. It’s a business numbers lifetimes all that matters w these books

this one is non-fiction. however, it appears that most books changed the odds on my bets to the closing line....not cool. is this standard when there is a pitching change? i did 2 wagers on DSI...1 was graded at -137, the other was not. the new DSI has 4 betting platforms. the 1 that got graded at -137 was in "sportsbook". i think the other was in "retro book".

i could post screenshot of all tickets, but it would be over a dozen. here is a simple copy / paste from my bookmaker & DSI accounts...

about $130,000 in the black past 12 months. didn't keep track before that and/or wager nearly as much on a unit. to be fair, that $130,000 includes bonuses from deposits.

Your play does bring up that point about the bets being action. You get the opening price when the new pitcher is announced not the closing price. They cannot just sit on it all day and charge you the highest price that hits the screen.

Definitely, get on that and complain about it!

    it's stated on page https://be.bookmaker.eu/rules-int.aspx

Note:If there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against any unscheduled pitcher, "action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

i think that is a BS rule. not as much of a BS rule on over / unders when you have the over covered and the game doesn't go the full 9.

33k on a baseball game lol. If you got that amount of cash to throw around, open a trading account and start trading options. It’s like gambling but with far less juice.

    $19K was the risk.
also, Giolito has been lights out this year and had success vs Twins. he was replaced by one of this biggest gas cans in the league. had i known i would have gotten an adjusted line on most sites, i would not have gone so big.

Totals and run lines are automatically listed pitchers. For the kind of money you are talking about - action is too risky - always go listed pitchers - but, then you have to pay attention all day.

And you guys believe this bull s**t? This guy is just another fake wanna-be who likes to play like he is a major player. JJ is right. We only hear these stories AFTER the game is over. Same old B.S. from the same old posters.

ok...so tell me why i would make this up? to boost my ego in the SBR forum? i've been a member here for 10 years...never posted any stories like this before. it is your belief that i doctored the betting tickets i posted earlier?

i mean the guy fukkin stalls at sbrpoker for 20 rollover points

this thread doesnt make me think he is rich though....it doesnt make me think he isnt a tight wad like i thought

it just means he is a compulsive gambler like the rest of us

"We only hear these stories AFTER the game is over. Same old B.S. from the same old posters."

maybe because that's when it becomes a story. if i was writing a story on Donald Trump's 1st & only term in office, I wouldn't release it next week. i'd wait until he is removed from office next month.

fully aware dude. what led you to that assumption?
also, give up on the stall story already. it was like 7 years ago? i've already explained the situation on that in past threads.
