Eli out Jones in for Giants

Eli finishes 114-114 as a starter if this is indeed it for him.

If he had shoulder pads that fit he’d probably play better.

Mostly true but he made some clutch plays in tough places like frozen GB and vs SF as well not to mention in the Superbowls.

He should have been gone years ago for sure.

was the only guy who showed up in the playoff game in 2016. its a shame. look at the offensive line he won the Super Bowl with in 2011 and the team they surrounded him with since then. fukin tragic

I'm confused, does Eli also play defense ? because their defense is one of the worst in the league
why throw this kid out there when 3/4 of the team blows ? experience ?

Eli had a great career...top 10 in most QB stats...two SB rings vs. the best evah...he don't have anything to apologize for...and Daniel Jones is the real deal...I was one of the very few that applauded the Giants for taking him in the first round...he was the best "pro ready" QB coming out of last year's draft class despite the what the so called "experts" say.

If coughlin wants to make up for drafting Ereck Flowers he'll trade us Jalen Ramsey for our 1st round pick before Gettleman has a chance to get another scrub on the team because my god is Jabrill Peppers bad

Don't think he's a hall of fame qb

    500 record

led league in INTs multiple times

    average stats

2 rings and 2 superbowl mvps are what gives him a chance

i personally don't think he's any better than flacco

flacco did something very similar. manning just did it twice.

not even sure how pats lost that first superbowl.

    randy moss disappeared

all brady's superbowls he's lost have been one possession

    damn what a legend

could easily have 9 rings lmfao

I agree with you but he will get in easy. We place too much emphasis on the QBs importance in winning rings some times. That d line won those games along w couple luck box throws.

game winning drives in both. don't let the medias narrative cloud your judgement. Defenses set QB's to look a lot better than they are 95% of the time. You guys make it seem like Tom Brady is the only person who can throw a 5 yard crossing route. Its the defense and coaching that puts him in a position where thats all he has to do.

I wasn’t agreeing w him bout the Brady part, Brady gets drafted by some shit franchise like browns and he a nobody.

Far as Eli goes the one game winning drive was the close his eyes and chuck it play. I’ll give him some credit for the second, that was a nice pass to manningham wasn’t it (I forget)? Either way how many points did he put up those games? That dline won those Super Bowls, just like hoody defense won it last year.

Even if we say he was fantastic those 2 playoff runs I’m not of the mindset 2 playoffs runs makes a HOFer when combined w a whole bunch of average at best the rest of the time.

I know you a NYer so you can’t help but love Eli so I won’t hold it against you!! Lol

Plus it don’t matter anyways cause like I said I have no doubt he getting in, prob 1st ballot (depending on class), I just don’t agree.

Why you being mean bout it? I don’t know that nameth belongs in, never saw him play. Aiken’s without a doubt yes, comical to think Eli was ever better than aikman.
