    Agreed Stevey.. Depends on the offense and play calling the QB is built for.. More importantly if an OL can't block a pass rush and give time to throw I don't care how good the QB is he will be rushed and throw up garbage.

    Offensive Line and a solid running game makes good QB's great.. Helps to have great receivers also that can get open.

    So many factors to consider when rating QB play..

    LOL you honestly have no idea the weapons both of those QB's have had??

    Jameis has a top 5 WR right now, Mike Evans, a top Tight End, and a 2nd WR that could be a #1 on some other teams.

    He had DeSean Jackson for 2yrs and Jackson openly criticized Winston for not being able to get him the ball deep because he has no accuracy.

    Cam succeeded earlier in his career because of his legs.

    Not that he's slowing down, he has no arm to fall back on as I said earlier.
