Not sure how Vick or romo is a bust.... Those guys both made pro bowls. You idiots are embarrassing when discussing sports.

Nobody remembers Rick Mirer? Had one season and then melted.

Joey Harrington? College talent, never should have been drafted so high.

Romo is the opposite of a bust. He was undrafted! Probably one of the best undrafted QB's ever. Along with Moon and Warner.

Off the top of my head.. I'd say these 3 top the list for recent times.

    • JaMarcus Russel
    • Robert Griffin III
    • Vince Young

Honestly don’t remember betting much on the romo cowboys. But I’m 29. And younger days didn’t bet on many nfc east teams. I’m a skins fan and the guy that schooled me on capping told me never wager on a team I love or hate

Harrington is a great pick. Wasn’t he even on the college football video game cover?? Mirer did enough to not be on this list

RGIII had success, but succumbed to injuries. I think that's unfair. The other two, sure.

Who? JamJam? Love the story about Raiders coaches giving him blank tapes and then quizzing him afterward to see if he even tried to view the film.

You think he was less so than rg3? No way. I’ll look up George but I’m positive rg3 ROY season topped anything he did, prob neither belong on it., , anyways I was more just messing w Jibby!!

Remeber how high everyone talked about Ryan leaf? Ppl couldn’t decide between him and Peyton!!! He prob the number 1 bust of all time just cause of that alone. Russell was the least talented but if I recall correctly lot of teams/scouts/ppl w brains thought the raiders were crazy for taking him!!!

Prob nodding out in the meetings!! But you know the raiders, he had huge hands (along w fat ass!) and could throw the ball a mile!! Who cares if he completed 17 passes in college!! Lol.,

Undrafted Tony Romo gets your vote for biggest bust? Why am I not surprised??

Interesting you blame him for making losing bets. Is there ever a time you take responsibility for poor decisions? Bout 3x a week you make a thread cussing out some overpriced mlb fav as if it their fault you assumed a -250 fav should always win.

Biggest loss i ever took on Romo wasn’t his fault, it was the cheating fukk refs in that packers playoff game that caused them to change rule of wtf a catch was! As if these Mfers were too stupid to see a play and know whether guy catches ball!!

It’s close and I get the rg3 thing being a skins fan. He had the whole dmv excited about football again 2012/13 but jeff George put up really good numbers for more than 1 year on some really really bad falcons teams

I think the chargers as a franchise responded a lot better than the raiders did. Which is why I put Jamarcus 1st. Honestly considering Joey Harrington for 2nd

Question is what makes a star athlete a bust?

Some would say James Harden is a bust because he chokes in the playoffs.. Tony Romo the same.. Some have AMAZING regular seasons but then always come up short come playoff time, they panic and choke in the crunch..

Does that make them a bust? I think it does! Champions play best when the lights are the brightest in my book. Show up when it really counts I say!
