    I disklike touts myself, its just entertainment. If i remember correctly from the shows big money guys is what he caters to and before he gives his picks payment is required. But he does have knowledge albeit not the best but the revenue he can generate from live streaming platforms is prolly the only reason he is still around. Anyone can rent space(vegas is cheap) buy some paint, drywall, basic appealing floorplan, few other minor reno and whalla
