    you find answers in the lab. you dont seek answers. usually its a solo dolo effort. when you are fully engaged, its hard to find a team that can match the same determination & effort that you are putting into the grind. people avoid real work like they avoid the plague.

    to have a real team of like minded individuals all putting in the same level of grind is rare. thats a blessing.
