    Usually when people say they live in Detroit they mean they live near Detroit. Lots of very nice areas a couple miles north or more from Detroit... like 15-20 min drive to downtown, but the area in between can be a war zone.

    US median income is $29k a year. Where I live median income is $115k a year.

    Metro Detroit is the 13th largest metropolitan area in US & the suburbs has higher population (like 4 mil) than Detroit itself. Downtown Detroit is nice but anywhere outside it would be a shit hole.

    most major cities, you have to live north of the city to be in a "safe" area


    last time i counted, i had about 3

    i think banker said st louis north isnt that great

    i know memphis is different as germantown is probably best area

    what other cities have the best areas on the southern side?


    biloxi is a shit show all together, but oceans/gulfs/seas do not count in this

    NC here. Harrahs cherokee just got sports betting in the last month. No idea what lines are and I’m not very interested unless they compare to offshore lines. But I’ll check it out with next wsopc stop.
