suck it, Trebec!
I'm supposed to be playin' poker Saturday at noon at L'Auberge in Lake Charles in some half ass $150 buyin MTT, but now I'm hearing that's the exact time the eye will be passing over the casinos.....
can't get a straight answer out of my personal concierge or the casino on what the status of situation will be, or whether or not the casino will loser power during the storm, or whether they have adequate flood proof generators to keep the power on, cards a flyin, and slot machines blaring away.... I've told my wife "fuk it," I'm always up for a good hurricane party if nothing else, even if they lose power....
anyone with any knowledge of what the fuk is the protocol casinos follow in a hurricane situation, feel free to chime in....
also worried about I-10 flooding keeping me from making it back to H-town, or having to deal with rescues along the interstate on no sleep and hungover, while probably still under the influence.....
