    You still pay attention to the media? Gotta learn how to avoid most on air news/sports shows and just search online for the specific content you are actually interested in.

    I don't watch the news regularly, sometimes I watch unintentionally when I forget to change the channel.

    Also, I never watch the halftime shows during football as its mostly just useless noise from the sportscasters.

    For MLB just visit MLB.com and for other sports look at TSN or Sportsnet.ca
