Plain Green and Great Plains Class Action

I know some of you degenerates have had high interest loans from these outfits in the past. Anyone else get settlement details? May be in for a decent check if you paid back the loans. If you didn't pay back balance will be forgiven and removed from credit report. Judges need to approve deal 1st week of Nov.

53 views but no posts lol. Many posters have had these loans but don't want to admit they've ever been barrelled in.

as the site states these loans were intended to be short term. Not carried for years. No shame in my game. Took some leveraged risks myself. Some winners some losers. Turns out a non-tribal entity was paying a very small fee to the tribe to provide loans under the tribe's sovereign status. As a result he was jailed on RICO charges and any loan during his involvement is set to be settled in this class action.

As a disclaimer let me tell everyone these loans are now under the direction of solely tribal entities. If you take a loan from them today you better be prepared to pay it back.
