Diaz needs to learn his fastball isn't going to be as dominate as a Met. Hitters face 98 or 99 mph all game long against 3 of the Mets starters. Degrom was throwing 98 still after 100+ pitches. 98 isn't going to startle any hitter. If he doesn't use his nasty slider more he will continue to be average. 99 worked for him in Seattle because they don't have hardly anyone who can touch that let alone do it for more than an inning or two.

Bookmaker rules don’t cover this specific situation as far as money line plays are concerned. At least I didn’t find it.

By what I know they will hold bets until the game goes final if in fact they are able to resume which in this case is tomorrow.
They do the same thing in soccer matches which are abandoned because of fan interference.
I am sure different books have there own rules but if they announce the game will be contined the following day there is still action.

Most online books will grade this by score after 8 innings so Mets 4-2 and should grade out tonight. No bets carry over to future dates.

When you place baseball bets you want to know when a baseball game is official. For betting purposes, money line winners and losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4 ½ innings.
If a game is called, suspended or postponed, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (any runs scored in the top of an inning, if the Home team does not have an opportunity to make 3 outs or take the lead in the bottom of the inning will not count toward the score, and the score will revert to the last full inning).
Remember that bets will be refunded if the game is tied after the completion of the last full inning. Events do not carry over to a future date, only the runs scored on the date the game was scheduled (or more if the game continues past midnight) count towards the wager.

Not really, most USA facing books revert to the Vegas Standard, so Mets win 4-2 for betting purposes. Suspended games only carry over in post-season, not regular season.

Actually it is in the very first sentence of their baseball rules. I will bold applicable part.
Official Game Time
Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. If a game is called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner. If the home team scores to tie - or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning and the inning is not completed, the score at the time the game is called determines the winner. Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified). BookMaker does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc. for betting purposes.

Live betting has varying rules by book, you have to check your book's rules. The Vegas Standard only applies to regular pregame bets.
