    I like it, sweep. But I'd argue that Offshore often offered more than Locals or even Vegas.

    Think about all the ODDBALL events off-shore books. International, props, small-market sports.

    I'm not sure we'll see anything similar on the state level. Major markets Side/Total, sure. But smaller markets...not sure I see it.

    $50 limits on those, know one cares. USA has zero slow pay/no pay threads cause the issue dosnt exist. SBR is pointless in the states cause the states always pay....every cent, every time. Never an issue. SBR is here because off jerkoff books thats slow pay/no-pay.

    if every book paid as promised SBR would not exist, SBR is the byproduct of scammers....there is no state side type of sbrforum because the states cannot steal from the players and the regulated states ALWAYS pay out. Pretty simple to understand

    I disagree, sweep. There is value to the broad offerings of offshore. Vegas + USA lines tend to have very narrow focus.

    Certainly not going to argue with Sweep, or anyone, over the excitement about NY's approvals but let's not ignore the sheer size and capabilities of the offshore world and let's not ignore the record some books have with making good on payouts.

    Look forward to hearing how NY sorts all this out. Hopefully the consolidate to be able to handle the volume in a month that some offshore books handle with ease in a day and don't just turn to the William Hills of the world.
