Durant may never be the same player after this injury

he never should of tried to play today. This will be a recurring injury.

If this is Achilles, bad look for the team and doctors clearing him.

What makes you think this is an Achilles? He would not have been walking! There most be a torn calf muscle that will need surgery to help knit it back together.

He was grabbing his achilles right when he went down. It was always the Achilles despite the bogus team report to the media about a calf

Watch the way his calf contracts violently. That is what tears the Achilles. Wouldnt be in a boot for a calf injury

The initial injury last month was a partially torn calf. Due to the muscle atrophy the other lower parts structural integrity was compromised. Team doctors cost him next year for 11 minutes tonight. Hope it was worth it

Achilles tear ended Kobe’s career. Every player that had this injury rarely comes back the same. Durant is one of the superstar in the league and in his prime. The warriors screwed him big time.

For those of you saying you cant walk with a torn Achilles, you remember Kobe walked off the court after shooting his FTs right?

Without a doubt, ruptured achilles tendon. Most likely had inflammation before, possibly micro tears. Those saying you can't walk after a full rupture, you can, especially athletes. Could have been a partial rupture also but it looked pretty bad. Dudes a gamer, he wanted to play even knowing this could happen.

Blew his Achilles fighting to get back in the game. Can’t have nothing but respect for him. Shitty way to go down. Hope he can heal up fully and be ready for NY.

This is exactly why Kawhi sat out after hurting his calf. High likelihood of this happening

conflicted on who i want to win now with how the raptors blew a perfect opportunity for a majestic moment in NBA history after the moving screen called on fatty

claw should of just shot it somehow... back off, get a final screen and fire away

NY wasn’t gonna be a championship contender right away anyway. Sign him and put him on the shelf for a year while you build around him for the future.

Raptors fans will regret cheering when KD got injured

Curry emotional, Klay was emotional after the game, Green always emotional but honestly before that, they were chill. It all came out after the game. The GM crying, that probably came from him being in a very emotional locker room

Not a good idea to give this team any more motivation to win, and yet they now have it

Lol, it’s nba finals. Everyone is motivated. Cheering for an injury although classless, these are fans who wants their team to win. What do you expect, everyone is self-serving. It’s not like the fans caused the injury, who cares if they cheered or not. Durant’ Achilles is not going to be better had the fans be respectful.

Ya, the warriors weren’t nearly as motivated as the Raptors. You think a team with three championships and 5 straight nba finals is as motivated as a team going for the first time? Hardly, gs had it on cruise control

Fukk the cukks from the north, yes, they are classless.

You could tell Bob Myers knew they ****** that up. They wanted him out there and hoped this wouldn’t happen. He came off like a total fraud with those bs tears.

Changes the entire landscape of the league now for next year.

Hope he can come back stronger than ever but at his size and age who knows. Could linger forever
