or he could just ignore all errors in his favor until they ask his customer service rep to escalate the issue to a manager.

I'm not sure what they should do.

As pole sitter and race favorite I'd expect there is a lot of people out there who bet Vettel today. I can see why technically they could see this as correct decision.
Again their official rule is unofficial winner at conclusion of the race which by all accounts was Lewis Hamilton.

The “order as they cross the line” is called finishing order and is not in their rules.

5d is on an island grading Vettel the winner. It’s effectively like them grading the Bruins a loser last night and sticking with it.

Ive had to correct them on grading motor race bets incorrectly many many times. Their CS are clueless about it usually. But its always been corrected within a day after much time having to tell them what im even talking about

    Agreed

If you watch the YouTube video I linked at the finish line, Hamilton is declared the winner at the finish line by 3.6 seconds.

Every other book graded Hamilton the winner

Hardly matters if they are on an island as you say. They have a very specific rule that other books do not have.

"All wagers are graded immediately at a race's conclusion. Unofficial results at that time are used for grading purposes. Official results reflect disqualifications and position penalties that are not recognized for wagering purposes."

Did Vettel get a position penalty that was not assessed until post race?

It's definitely a unique situation that I'm also not sure was intended to be covered when this rule was written though.

Have you sent in a sportsbook complaint form?

the Austrian Grand Prix has concluded with Verstappen 1st and Leclerc 2nd but there is a stewards review for a racing incident

even if the result is overturned i would expect all books to pay on Verstappen

that is/was the difference to Montreal
