actually, JJ, all you have to do to "be a lawyer" is throw around a few complex legal phrases (that I learned from actual attorneys) like "res ipsa loquitur", "nunc pro tunc", amicus curiae", and, of course, "FUK OFF, and no one will ever doubt your claim to have a law degree and license......

I represented myself at divorce and subsequent child support case. I only lost about 250k. Not bad for not having a degree or license. Still paying 25 years later.
