Yes, questionable usually means they'll play but how effective will they be?

Word out here is that Klay is pretty bad.

    Not hypothetical.

Both players listed questionable for a reason and word I am getting is that it's not hype.

Warriors have a real problem here initially and may need to rest those guys early on in the series.

good point. if forced to bet i would take:

    1) houston +5.5 in game one
    2) Golden state minus whatever to win the series.

warriors can win on any floor in the Universe.

There's far better value on Golden State to win the series by more than 1 game at +110 than betting them at -270.

lots of rest between game 2 (tue 4/30) and game 3 (sat 5/4) so they'll get lots of rest. if they split the first 2 at home they can go on the road and split then they return home in game 5 tied 2-2

Not that I care but everyone is hurt at this time of the year, Durant and Curry looked fine in game 6 against the Clippers.

Warriors line dropping to the other side on -6.5 to -5.5 game one smells a little like an upset line as well.

I'm talking specifically about local information here dealing with injuries and your talking about what you think "looked fine" to you.

NBA injury reports are a joke, totally unreliable, Embiid was doubtful 6 hours before he played game 1 against Brooklyn.

Not that I care, what a joke. We watched the Warriors play 2 nights ago, they looked fine, that's all the info I need.

didn't you hear? they went yesterday before the warriors-clippers series was even over, inferring that they expected golden state to win.

it was the smart thing to do so they could acclimate to the jet lag of 2 hours time difference and get more comfortable before sunday's game, and if the clips won the series they would still be on pacific time.

but the optics were pretty bad

All it takes is one injury

With that being said, no one is seriously hurt right now. Curry has recurring ankle injuries all the time dating back to his rookie year. He's had special shoes made for him for years now. Klay rolled his ankle on jamychal Green's foot driving to the basket, tender but nothing serious

Lol. This is a reach. Dubs in 4 or 5. They didnt take clips seriously. And they didnt need to take the clips seriously. And I dont think they need to take the rockets seriously. Dubs are laughing behind the scenes

I think the game1 line move to -5.5 is natural. Players will look at the Warriors playing on short turn-around + Curry ankle looking gimpy.

Laker, this is the type of series that gets bettors worked up. Could see it going different direction. For me, the angle is all about the Warriors possibly getting de-throned.

Durant is doing his thing. I always thought they would never 3peat. Green suspended ( apparently) was reason. Now the road is open.

    Magic didn't 3 peat.
    LeBron didn't 3 peat

    Kevin (pussy) Durant won't either.

I'm going to look for that one.

Harden is already thinking off-season, he made his salary.
Same routine as usual. Warriors are too loaded.

The plan for Golden State is to run everything thru KD, get him Finals MVP, and then more likely he'll resign with the Warriors and then they keep on winning....

If Durant leaves this is a bottom seed in the playoffs at best.

Nowhere near the same team as pre-Durant.

That's a bit much. The league has caught up but they won a title without Durant and won 73 games in another year without him.

Their bench would improve for one and team chemistry as well with the title chaser gone.

Harden and Paul blame the officials for game 1, now we'll hear about Harden's eye for game 2, they just don't look like a team that can beat Golden State more than twice in this series.
