    SBR news
On September 1st SBR will include in every SBR sportsbook review which sportsbooks advertise on websites where known thieves and scambooks also advertise.
For too long the sportsbook industry leaders have looked the other way while their advertisers have supported outright player thieves and scambooks. New players will soon be able to decide for themselves if they wish to patronize sportsbooks that advertise and lend their good name to websites that support dangerous player thieves, con men, extortionists and slow/no pay sportsbooks.

Sounds like a good concept but I don't fully understand how it will play out. Does "scambook" mean "F" books or might it also include some "D" books (like BetUS, Royal, BCN, BetonSports etc.). Just about all the top books are on sites where those guys also advertise.

It will be interesting to see. Might shake things up.

As a player, I like anything like this which is fundamentally pro-player.

              Good point.

But as you say anything to help the player is most welcome.

Hopefully SBR will extend this to the likes of Royal and BetUS and put pressure on the good books not to advertise at dodgy portals. After all, it's good news for the good books as well as the players.

The more integrity than thou game is played on the edge of a slippery slope. You guys give great information and are positioned to keep it timely and IMO should beat your competition that way.
