    Why would you say that? His average velocity was over 95 MPH in each of his last two starts, he is almost all the way back.

    data chart doesn't seem to import well over here now

    but it appears Sale's velocities went way down after July last year. they went way way way down his first 4 starts, yesterday the rose to his levels in the 2nd half of 2018 (which again, were down)

    Down based on averaging every start this year, but back to normal his last two starts, which is obviously a great sign,
